Found: Time to Celebrate a Milestone - at home

This was a milestone birthday year for me - the big 5-0! Although it gave me pause, life is so good now I didn't think too much about it and decided to celebrate all I could! ...with friends of course!
Visiting your hometown - as a visitor - is a fabulous trip to take. What fun we "AARP eligible" citizens can have....here are the highlights.....

Drinks and food at the swanky Drake pub ....is that a 'hummer" on the table?

Then to the lobby lounge for - tea?!! - you bet and the best people watching ever!

Check out that couple in the background - is that actually Marilyn???

Mary had the moves that night - she danced so fast I couldn't capture a clear  photo - wish I had just half your energy :)

Who are these "girls"?? And why do they want to dance with us???? Can't figure this one out - just fun to watch!

See what happens when you drink too much tea??!!

We even stayed up past 10pm...past 1pm ...that's what good friends and laughter will do for you.

Brunch at "Local Root", a Greenwald production, and a perfect city afternoon

Thanks to our connections with the "Mayor of Memphis"  we were treated  to all the luxuries...what a view from the breakfast table, this is the way to experience your hometown!  Thanks Gerry!

And thanks to you - Mary, Janice and Judy (my FlipFlop Four Pals) for making my 50th extra special - you are the best!!
Love you all!
